Function and characteristic:

1. Cotton core adopts big web wheel form, release cotton. 

2. Pulp wrapped by toilet paper (wet strength paper) (clip one layer toilet paper in the middle), to avoid cotton core broken;

3. Pulp fiber dissolution adopts saw type high-speed fiber dissolution machine, which suitable for treated pulp, semi-treated pulp, untreated pulp(bursting strength ≤1100°) .Fixed with automatic elevator;

4. Twin screw type SAP adding device;

5. Hamstring and Three-dimensional LYCRA elastic un-winding device( it is possible step-less speed regulation );

6. Front waist tape, left and right waist tape move, re-sticks strongly.

7. Driving system composed of servo motor ,right-angle gear box, universal shaft, gear wheel and circular arc tooth synchronous belt. The gear wheel of right-angle box adopts spiral bevel gear;

8. The convey of raw material adopts adsorption convey forming. Conveyer belt adopts conducting bar forming, it will avoid the convey excursion caused by temperature.

9. Wrapping toilet paper, cotton fusing no-woven, guiding layer no-woven, hydrophile no-woven, water-proof no-woven, PE film, there is rectifier in PU.

10. cotton fusing no-woven, guiding layer no-woven, hydrophile no-woven, water-proof no-woven, PE film air-shaft center unreel, auto constant tension control, auto breaking and feeding raw material;

11. Auto eliminate waste products that caused by feeding material, stop machine automatically when the material broken;

12. Main motor, fiber dissolution machine pulp feeding and spray SAP are adopt frequency-converting control;

13. Human-machine interface, display screen, it can display production speed and cumulative production capacity.
