1, This machine, a up-grade version of 12 wheels, is mainly used for ironing and polishing metal zipper.

2, Working principle: in consistent with direction of zipper teeth, it uses a hexagonal cutter to clean the burr on the edge of the teeth after first time’s ironing. Then, the firmness of the teeth root has decreased. At this time, another ironing can be done. Finally, the zipper will be polished in a way of R&L-sway and positive-negative directions as well as from rough to fine.

3, The user can appropriately adjust the polishing speed and productivity in accordance with his requirements.

4, This machine has stable performance. A more shining teeth surface, smoother teeth brim and more fastened teeth root can be seen after the polishing.

However, after being polished by it, 1000 meters zipper can be plated by the same capacity of chemical.
