This machine is specially designed for N95 cup style mask froming/welding/cutting. Accoding to heat energy principle, it can make needle punched nonwoven fabric froming into cup style. It adopts ultrasonic vibration welding to weld the outer ring cup-shaped masks. Finally, using Hydraulic cylinder cutting molding.

This machine can finish one face mask from forming/weidling/cutting automaticly. It not only save the cost, but also increase production. This machine can be operated by one worker. The capacity of sigle machine can up to 15000pcs. Compared with Semiautomatic production, it can save 6-8 workers and one automatic machine can fully instead of Semiautomatic forming machine/ face mask welding machine and face mask cutting machine.
