1. Can I get a discount on my gown? Yes, if you order more than 5 pieces/ style at the same time, we will give you some discount. |
2. Can I change the color of the dress or the accent of the dress? How much is there extra charge? Yes. You can change the color of the dress or accent of the dress. But we recommend you to think over before you make any change of the style or color. It might not be the same as what you imagine or expected. Due to color change or change of style on your dress, your gown might be delay because we may not have the specific color you request in stock or remake paper pattern for your changes to produce your dress. Please check our color chart and tell us the color number you select and inform us the color number along with your detail measurements together. We usually don’t charge extra if you only change the color. In case there is extra charge, we will notify you when we receive your order. We do not accept return or exchange on change of color / change of accent on the gowns. |
3. Can I send you a picture of the gown and you custom make the gown for me? Yes. We can custom make the gown if you give us clear pictures showing both front , back and the side view of the dress you like. Please be aware that it will be more expensive compared with the styles on our site because our designers will have to design it from scratch just for you. The quotation will be given before we confirm your order and receive your final confirmation before production. We do not accept return or exchange for custom made gowns. |
4. What is your company’s refund and exchange policy? Our company do not accept any refund or exchange since we follow your exact measurement to make your dress. For any case, if the size does not fit exactly, you can feel free to return the dress to us and we will make free alteration for you. Please note that shipping charges are on you and alteration charges are on us. It is important for you to follow our size measurement instruction in order to prevent any mistake. |
5. How is the packaging for shipment? Is it safe? It is definitely safe for your dress to arrive without any problem. Our company will have a waterproof plastic bag to put your dress in (in order to prevent beading or craftsmanship on the dress to be destroy during shipment) then pack inside a carton box. |
