We are a German owned company in Sri Lanka manufacturing Windsuring Sails, Surf Kites, Big Boat Sails, Paraglidiers, Tents etc. to the European market since 1988. Now we need to source few suitable Nylon or Polyester materials with following specifications for our Inflatable type out-door tents:-
1. The materials should be usable for out-door with both hot sun as well as rainy weather.
2. 40D or 70D Nylon or Polyester material with Ripstop appearance.
3. The highest possible colour fastness.
4. Water column of 4,000mm.
5. PU coated, since we use PU seam sealing tapes for proper bonding.
6. Without colour bleeding.
7. The highest UV resistance.
8. The non-coated side should be suitable for screen printing.
9. We need in White and Grey Cool 11C colours.
