    Dyed polypropylene fiber of the warmth and security:

    As the polypropylene can safely contact with the skin, so it is widely used in infant health supplies, food preservation containers. However, conventional polypropylene cant be dyed easily, so it has great limitation for the use of clothing. But we can make use of its inherent good character: resistance to water, light weight, warm nature. Dyed polypropylene fiber is using conventional distributed processing polypropylene oxidant through the formation of new products. Not only retained the inherent excellent performance, also has an excellent dyeing properties.

    Features:

    Light weight: down like a gentle, specific gravity is only 0.91 (water = 1), light weight, can float on water.

    Warm Keeping: Due to dyeable polypropylene fiber and low thermal conductivity, that is why it has three times warmth comparing to warmth of cotton, 1-2 times the warmth of wool.

    Water Repellency: Due to dyeable polypropylene repellency to the water ,and is also able to maintain a zero moisture regain for a long time to keep dry in high humidity. So, is widely used in sportswear, food preservation and so on.

    Anti-chemical corrosion: dyeable polypropylene has a good character under a variety of anti-corrosive acid and alkali during room temperature.

    Application:

    Clothing: sportswear, socks, hosiery, insulated underwear, baby clothes, diving suits.

    Bedding: blankets, quilts and so on.
