Introduction:

Three-dimensional geo-mat is three-dimensional structure with multi-layer plastic, which contains thermoplastic resin as main raw materials, being extruded as net, stretched, fused, glued and synthetically shaped, besides its fabricated bottom is bidirectional stretched net in plane and its surface is non-stretched extruded net with concavo-convex bubble shape. The geo-mat has uneven appearance with loose and pliant materials and above 90% space for soil and sand filling. The plane net on the substrate is characterized by low extension and high tensile strength to prevent the slope from slippage, with sufficient coverage.

Performances:

• Soil conservation has good effect. Test shows that at 45° bevel for dome, retardation of soil conservation reaches 97.5%, at 60° for dome the retardation is up to 84%, and even if the bevel of dome is perpendicular, the retardation is still up to 60%. Therefore three-dimensional geo-mat has better effect in soil conservation to replace the plane net. 
• Before turf can not grow up use geo-mat to prevent dome from weathering. 
• After grass seed is spread out use geo-mat to prevent grass seed from missing caused by wind and rain and to ensure grass seed is evenly distributed on the dome.
• After turf grows up, the turf, geo-mat and soil together establishes an embedded and locked system with coupling mechanics to avoid rainstorm and gale, bears impact from high tide and mass flow and substitute concrete and mortar rubble as permanent revetment layer.
• The surface of geo-mat is coarse and uneven, so wind and water flow produce a large number of small vortex on the surface of geo-mat to realize damping effect and ensure foreign matters are deposited into the geo-mat.
• Adopt macromolecule PE resin and anti-ultraviolet auxiliary agent with anti-aging and above 100 years service life. The geo-mat can has normal function within design service life of project.
• Green vegetation is used to minimize pollution, reduce noise, beautify landscape and protect environment.
• Save investment and facilitate construction. Adopt three-dimensional geo-mat for slope protection. Project cost of three-dimensional geo-mat is 50% that of 3×3m mortar rubble used for framework protection, 33% that of dry rubble used for dome protection, and 25% that of mortar rubble used for dome. Slightly level the ground and then start construction. Each worker constructs geo-mat above 100m2 per day, 10 times than these protection methods.

Application:

Protection for the slope of road, railway and dike side, prevention against wind and sand for subgrade, planting and reconstruction for desert and shaping for flower and grass.
