    Our company production of insulation, flame retardant, high-temperature aramid nonwoven ,adopt dupont NOMEX fiber for raw material,adopting unique technique and refined,is developed by our company ,after years of development of new materials with nonwovens .This project as zhejiang key technology innovation projects (zhejiang via letter technology [2009] 56 files) and has passed the acceptance.It is a collection of insulation, flame retardant, high temperature resistant to one of the new products, product performance level, with the world leading domestic similar products. Widely used in electrical components, mechanical equipment, electrical protection, fire protection, high temperature air filter, flame retardant, need to be insulated high-temperature field.

Product performance

Technology —  using high pressure water thorn method, a porous, promote to the resin dipping and absorbing insulation.

Insulation — breakdown voltage resistance more than 10 million volt /square millimeter,can achieve insulation class H depends on the level of resin,good insulation  performance than NOMEX insulation paper.

Flam resistance  — limit the oxygen index    more than  28% ,won't combustion, melt, or dissolve in air.

High temperature resistant —  220 degrees temperature long-term use won't ageing,  of 250 °C  only 1% of hot shrinkage.

The chemical stability — high resistance to most inorganic acid, and other chemicals, resistant to corrosion and steam hydrolysis.

The product standard — Q/HY1001-2009 the water thorn method of aramid nonwoven materials.

Main products (for example ,66 grams per square metre ) — Weight: 66g grams per square metre      thickness 0.1 mm.
