Being suitable for the processes including kiering,bleaching and dyeing etc.of various kinds of knitting fabric ,shuttle fabric and towel fabric under the normal temperature and pressure ,WMD model series multifunctional dyeing machine,as a ideal equipment for grey cloth dyeing,has wide adaptability to both thin and heavy fabrics.
During the process, fabric is sticked on the drum and conveyance rolls in the form of rope,when the fabric is conveyed from the front of cloth storage tank to the back,folding unit makes regular swinging longitudinally as per the cropping fabric and folds the fabric into the whole space of cloth storage tank. At the same time,dye liquor is absorbed by stainless steel centrifuge from the front of main cylinder bottom to the spraying pipe,which let the dye liquor circuate sufficiently in the machine through homogeneous spraying, thus reaching the optimzed dyeing effect.
