Description:

• The whole set is assembled with a ball fiber producing machine and ball fiber transporter which will deliver the finished ball fiber to the next program automatically after the time adjusted.
• It is mainly used for textile stuffing productions, such as pillows, cushions and quilting, plush toys etc.
• The suitable raw material is conjugated hollow siliconized polyester fiber that shorter than 100mm length
• Accordind to the bal lfiber size and different production required, the producing time can be adjusted easily, and the finished ball fiber will be delivered automatically after the adjusted time
• There is PVC autometic feeding conveyer asssembled to the machine, so that the labor safty is assured
• We use Siemens PLC which is more stable, if any problem happened, the Siemens local service will support you.
• Good dynamical balance processing, so that there is not shaking and lower noise while the machine is running
• The main structure of our machines are mainly made by computerized laser cutting machine.
• The whole set can be handled by only one operator.
