Description:

• The computerized automatic microfiber pillow filling machine QL001-CF has been developed according to the technology of France and customers requirement.
• The material application can be conjugate hollow siliconised polyester fiber that shorter than 100mm length.
• It can be used for micro fiber 0.8d to 3d with 90% up opening rate.
• Adopting metallic model V wires for the fiber opener parts, so that the fiber can be opener for more than 98% and not damaged; the V wire is 4 times usage life than the normal wire.
• The whole line can be handed by only operator that only replacing the pillow cases; as it is controlled by Siemens PLC control system with time flow weighing system.
• If a 600g pillow filling, it will be handled for 6pcs per minute.
