Description:

1. The computerized pillow machine QL001-CF has been developed according to

Technology of Laroch, France and customers’ requirement.

2. It can be handled by only one operator with capacity more than 200kg per hour.

3. The filling quantity is controlled by air flow as much as the even material feed up;

the tolerance can be less than 5% of each.

4. The main structure of our machine is produced by computerized laser cutting machine,

so that the quality is stable without any transmutation.

5. The electricity key parts are adopted by the most famous world brand such like Simens and Omron,

so that you can have their service in local office if urgent.

6. We arranged the fiber opener with synchronousbelt with less maintenance.

The whole machine is working without any shaking because of very good balance processing of the roller.

8. The regular fiber can be opened for more than 98% and not be damaged because of the V-wire;
