HongTu-GV Network Nozzles series including following types:
1. Standard Type: GV11, GV12, GV13 and GV14
Jet inserts made from special material with high abrasive resistance and strength.
High performance interlacing at low operating air pressure without yarn damage.
Suitable for yarns with low density of interlacing points. Very short interlacing
points reduce their visibility in the weave. Also suitable for micro-filament yarns.
2. High Efficiency Type: GV22, GV23, GV24 and GV25
Jet inserts with vortex chamber made from special material with high abrasive
resistance and strength. High stability of interlacing points with somewhat lower
interlacing density. Suitable for stable interlaced yarn processing. Yarn suitable for
high quality fault free warp yarns or air covering yarns at high efficiency.
3. High Speed Type: GV31, GV32, GV33 and GV34
Jet inserts made from special material with high abrasive resistance and strength.
High density and stability of interlacing points at high texturing process speed.
Yarn suitable for weft yarns with high density and stability of interlacing points.
Close Type Interlacing Network Nozzles
Widely used for various cone winding machine, high or low speed DTY machine, local made air covering machine. Suitable for processing polyester heavy interlaced yarn with denier range of 75-900d as well as local made elstane air covered yarn. Products with high interlacing stability, high interlacing evenness, low air consumption favourable price and economic operation.
