Product features

·The infrared heating has been adopted, without wasting of glycerin, pollution and lampblack.  It is in conformity with the requirements of energy saving and environment freindly.

·It is well adopted, the beaker wheel of large capacity can be compatible with the beaker of small capacity.

·Pt100 sensor is adopted, which has a high accuracy in tempreture control,  and the beaker tempreture is well-distributed.

·The motor can run in normal and reverse directions, and the speed is program-controlled,  the different agitating effects can be obtained in different dyeing stages.

·The fabric can be fully contacted with dyeing liquid, the dyeing is uniform and the fabric is smooth and winkle-free.

·Several methods of alarm:  general alarm can be handled (door opening in running, alarms for high and low tempretures, beaker wheel stop),

several kinds of buzzer alarm, such as call holding prompt, system abnormal(Pt100 wire break,power failure),the sampling end  etc.
