Advanced oil showering headstock, and stable synchronous draft system

1 The driving transmission system for the long frame for 1008 spindles is completely sealed within the headstock box, and all gears use advanced cyclic oil-spray lubrication, prolonging service life of gears, with much more stable engagement at high speed and much lower noise, and greatly extending maintenance period, with large gear torque.
2  With both side drafting driving from headstock and the end-off, the drafting is even and stable, ensuring simultaneous transmission of rollers.
3  The cyclic oil pump and exchanging gear inside the main transmission system are all located in the outward, providing convenience for operation and maintenance.
4  In terms of gear pattern, all transmission gears become skewed teeth from traditional straight teeth, and adopt uniform standard in design of gears, forming rational parameters and easy exchange.
5  The elastic spider coupler does not only stop the headstock vibration from passing to the draft system, but also provide very convenient disassembly and maintenance.
6  The roller and front roller end use direct coupling, and the roller axes are in high concentricity, thus it runs stably with high strength
7  The auto-dripping lubrication system provides a comfortable lubricating environment for each pair of gears in draft engagement transmission, and dripping amount can be adjusted according to spinning parameters, thus oil can be saved.

Chain frame structure with optimal design 
1  The independent headstock and off-end frame is designed rationally, and the machine roller beam and spindle rail is different sectional lengths, enabling the entire frame to have robust structure and low center of gravity. The rail, positioned precisely through pins, is easy to install and adaptable to high speed. 
2  The increased diameter of main shaft meets the requirement of chain frame torque. Even coupler mass, moderate locking force, stable speed and torque transmission, and integral bearing components make the main shaft have little vibration and low power consumption in high speed rotation.
3  With the flexible and reliable lifting transmission, the changing of the direction is stable, which ensures the build and satisfy the requirement on the high-speed winder. 
4  Spinning lift uses multi-point weight balance in the headstock and middle, the counterbalance is even, ring rail and lappet lift commutate smoothly.
5  The spindle and the ring are in high concentricity, which ensures the proper balloon and proper tension of the yarn.
6  The suction pipe with optimal design for the chain frame has stable negative pressure and little spindle difference.
7  The suspended spindle rotates flexibly and its stopping power is stable and appropriate, ensuring no cast-off in high-speed spinning unwinding.
8  Naked-pole or aluminum bushing spindles can be selected.
9  The main motor is equipped a special heat radiation device, which is propitious to heat radiation of the main motor and air-conditioning cycle of the workshop.
10 The bellows has rational structure, the blower and filter screen are easy to assemble and disassemble, having a waste box.
11 The draft system adopts optimal design and high manufacture precision, and ensures yarn quality, with wide adaptability. According to user requirements, homemade, SKF and SUEESEN cradles can be provided.
12 According to user requirements, homemade, SKF and NOVIBRA spindles are equipped.

Reliable and economic automatic doffing system (optional)
1  Programmable control doffing system, with high automation and reasonable and accurate action.
2  The empty bobbin-end can be selected automatically, and it's arranged during the transportation, and collecting the full bobbin to doffing center automatically.. 
3  The electric and pneumatic system has low failure rate, and is easy to operate and maintain.
4  Stable and precise mechanical design can control the breakage rate within 1.5%. 
5  Reasonable design can save 6-9 persons/10000 spindles, and enhance productivity by at least 6-15%.

Electric control system

2  The use of an inverter reduces breakage in the spinning process by allowing the spinning curve to be set according to the spinning requirements.
