DF241 SERIES DYEING MACHINE HAS THE FOLLOWING VERSIONS:

• Air pad type:This version is allowed to regulate bath ratio(1:5-1:8) according to assortment of yarns and dyeing process to produce a stable and reliable dyeing quality as well as operated simply and conveniently.And also it is capable of regulating capacity for yarn to be dyed and select appropriate bath ratio according to ordering so that power ,water,steamand additives can be saved.
• Full-flooded type:Conventional pressurizing form with auxiliary pump uses an external circulating system.This version facilitates for observation of dyeing process and easy operation(Bath ratio is 1:8-1:10).

Main Features
It is mainly used for dyeing yarn and warp yarn of cotton,polyester/cotton,polyester,acrylic,linen/cotton.wool,etc.

• New type mixed flow pump
  DF241 dyeing machine uses a new type mixed flow pump fitted with seal elements made according to similar foreign water pump and cast impeller,habing settled the water pressure lower problem of traditional mixed flow pump,improving the permoation rate,lowering the consumption,increasing the efficiency and meeting the requirement of various kinds of bobbins.The water pump uses small diameter shaft seals so as to make the whole pjmp safety,reliable and service life.
• Advanced computer control system
  Temperature controller specially designed for dyeing machine.Storage dyeing of 120 dyeing programs and 120 steps is possble.Temperature curve,step and output may be simultaneously displayed.Control over temperature,materal loading,speed and PH valucs.Automatic PID parameter tuning.Water inflow,water drain,water rinsing amount be controlled according to different to dyeing requirement.Paralle function:simultaneously control multi-program operation to reduce time of program.Full-automatic control of water intake and discharge;temperature rise,keeping constant and drop;washing,etc in dyeing process connecting to central control system.
• Control liquor flow to ensure dyeing quality(option)
  Stepless control flow rate according to requirement for different yarns.When double-frequency flow control system is used,its sensors will detect type and density of cheese to regulate flow rate and water pressure at time.Therefore,a perfect dyeing result can be obtianed.

  All the parts contacting dye liquor should be made of supreme stainless steel SVS321 for durance.Coil heat exchanger located at the bottom of dye vessel can reduce heat consumption and improve heat effect.Quick washing system can perform continuous and repetitive washing.Continuous single-direction rotation of motor for main pump can enhance dyeing efficiency and prolong service life of control components.Direct connection of main pump to the bottom of vessel body provides high pumping efficiency.As a result power consumption of motor  will be smaller correspondingly and therefore electric cost be decreased.Cover opening mechanism has two types:air cylinder and balancing weight.Locking mechanism is released by using air cylinder or manually.User can make an optional choice.
