ELASTIC FILM TOUCH COATING AGENT FS-820 (A)/HU-208

Applications:

Rubber touch coating process for various natural and synthetic fabrics.

Characteristics:

1. Smooth and waxy handle, excellent rubber touch;
2. Much more liveliness and fluffy than solvent PU coating agent;
3. Good elasticity. Soft & elastic, high elastic and other styles obtained matching with different bottom coating agent;   
4. Fantastic fastness, coldness and scratching resistance, laundry durable;
5. Moisture permeability reaching to above 1000g/m².24h. Comfortable to wear, especially for making leisure apparels in autumn and winter.

Using method:

1. 1-2% cross linking agent must be added before application because longer

period keeping will influence to rheological behavior.

1. Coated fabrics directly after water repellent process and then dry curing. For example, full and lovely handle, cool and smooth effects and good elasticity could be obtained as well as down blocking result after one coating process on  chemical fiber fabrics.
2. One or two coating processed after bottom coating.
3. Curing condition: curing for 1min at temperature of 160-170°C.
4. Calender finishing is optional.
5. Processing soft washing or water washing according to requirement.
6. FS-820/HU-208 suitable for 100% cotton, polyester, etc. with effects of activity and elasticity; FS-820A designed for chemical fabrics, waxy handle while not tacky, cool and full.

Ecological data:

It is a non-toxicity, non-pollution, and environmental product. General chemicals operations should be obeyed while storing, transporting, and using.

Package and storage:

Be packed in plastic casks of 25kg/50kg with well-closed package of plastic bag inside. This product should be kept in shady, cool and dry places. It should be used up within six months. Prohibit keeping it at temperature below zero.
