Applicability:

The creel stand is the best equipment for nowadays cord fabric production enterprise adopting direct twisting method. It ensures that all of yarn has the lowest tension in the weaving process

Tension regulation system:

The yarn guiding device is between the bobbins, installed on the square pipe of different positions. The regulation scale is 250mm. Through the device, each rank of bobbins can get the same and the lowest tension of yarn. Besides, in the whole weaving process, all of yarn can ensure the same tension

The special bobbin core support device is made of reinforced nylon. The device has different angles for installing bobbin core. (Including the transition collar and cheese)

Disk type brake gear: it can auto regulate yarn tension to make the yarn tension keep constant. When the diameter of bobbin changes, any regulation need not be carried out

Transition collar: It can fast exchange bobbins and ensure the precision fixed position and rotation of bobbins. The yarn passes through the aluminum oxide guiding channel and porcelain eyes
