1..We have our design department , marketing and sales teams. Adhering to the concept of eco-friendly,character and comfort,to develop new designs of fabric in each season. and we will send the new sample swatches to our customers for reference.  
  
2.The procedure of OEM:  
(1).We can provide our fabric swatches for your evaluation. At the very beginning, you should cover the freight cost.  
(2).If you don't like any our designs, you may send us your samples, including all the details such as the composition , the specification and the quality.The more the better.  
(3).After receiving your feedback or sample details, we will check whether we can make it or not. Then we will give you a reply in 24 hours.  
(4).If you approve our products or reply, please tell us the quantity you are going to order,  the requirement of handfeeling, color fastness and finishing, ect. We will give you a quotation and lead time.  
(5).If you accept our offer and confirm to place order, please send the sample fee for us to make the pre-production sample(if necessary). We will return the sample fee to you if the order is made  successfully and your quantity is big enough.  
(6).Check the pre-production sample(about two week) is OK or not. If OK, we will draft a contract and sign it. And then you should pay the deposit, 30% of the total amount. rest assured that we will start bulk production after the deposit is confirmed.  Also,we accept L/C
(7).For us quality is paramount. At each stage of the production process we have QC managers who are responsible for individually checking each item and for overseeing the whole production process.  
  
3. Final price depends on the composition,the specification, the finishing and the quality of samples you have confirmed.
