1) What information should I will let you know if I want to get a quotation for Custom sportswear?

You should give us following related order details for Custom sportswear before a quotes can be provided:
1. the fabric material and its GSM, order quantity, sizechart, PMS pantone color code NOT CMYK;

2. Your own design, if possible, please also provide the picture for check ,then we can help you design.

3. Workmanship technique to be used whether it is full sublimation, screen printing, embroidery, tackle twill, pvc vinyl transfer plate print, patch etc;

4. Special requirments for sewing, packing, zipper etc.

2) Do you have stock products to sell ?

Yes, we have stock basketball and soccer jersey to sell. Also we work OEM order.

3) When we create the artwork ,what kind of format is available for printing?

The format you can choose: PDF, CDR, AI vector files

4) How many days will samples be finished ? and how about the mass production?

Generally , 7-10days for sample making. The lead time of mass production will depend on quantity , production art, etc. 14-20days for small quantity.


5) Do you provide mini print on fabric piece sublimation proof before production and inspect the finished products before shipment?

Yes. We only start mass production once sublimation proof is confirmed by clients. Each product will be inspected by QC before shipping

1. Send us an inquiry about your jerseys

2. Make a custom vector design

3. Send us your requirment documents and pay the deposit after confirm design and size chart

4. Salesman place the production order , make a doc to every department

5. Create the paper pattern for you if you do not have one

6. Design pictures outputed onto papers (Make a sample first , start mass production after approval )

7. Sublimation print the design on the fabric

8. Cut the fabric into pieces classify fabric , make it convenient for sewing

9. Packing team check the quality and finish packing sewing workers sew the fabric to be jerseys

10. Send photo for products confirm , payment done

11. Arrange shipment
