Good dyeing quality, even color and luster, color-cast deep dye, few chromatism. ·After processed by leasing machine, side-to-center shading can be solved completely, because it has high color fasten and good quality in sizing beam. ·Denim producing process: Ball warping → Dyeing → Leasing → Sizing → Weaving ·This is good for sizing process, obviously improve the sizing quality. When using airjet looms, the average efficiency is not less than 95%. The warp beam from ball warp dyeing is much better than normal sheet sizing - dyeing machine, then increase the loom efficiency.
