1. Full payment must be made within 15 days of placing your order.

We know how important the wedding day is for you, it’s really a special day, everything should be perfect. We will do our best to make your dress as wonderful as the dress for ourselves.

Here as below is the standard size chart and color chart, we can make your dress either in standard size or customer-size,  meanwhile, we can make your dress not only in the very similar color, or even the same color as it’s in the pictures, bust also you can choose other color from our color chart, just as you like.

If your size is way off the standard size chart, please refer to below information and send me your exact measurements. Please follow the measurement instructions, and measure yourself carefully.

Something should be noted before you place an order:

1. The wedding dress doesn’t include any accessory, such as wedding veil, gloves, etc. Bidding is for one dress only.

2. Since computer screens have chromatic aberration, especially between CRT screen and LCD screen, we can not guarantee that the color of the dress will be exactly the same as the photos you saw.

3. In order to make the dress fit for you, please give us your exactitude size and color when placing an order.

4. Return policy? 

We realize that it is difficult to purchase a wedding dress over the Internet, and we really want you to be happy with your purchase. Please contact us firstly when there is a problem with items you received.Please contact us firstly before sending items back to us,and we don't accept returns without contacting us. 
We just accept returns on standard size wedding gowns in perfect, brand new condition (no smoke scents, no makeup stains, no alterations).

Dress(es) must be sent back within 3 days from the receipt day.
For exchanges, the clients pay all shipping cost.
For returns, A 30 % restocking fee will be charged on all returns.
