1. Opening Machine

• The feed-in apron with 880mm width and 4800mm perimeter was made from wood

• There are two feed-in roller lied upper and down. Both of them with diameter ofφ70mm ,and equipped with slot on the surface. The rollers and input apron are controlled by 0.75kw*4 normal motor and 70/60:1worm wheel, while the upper roller was pressed by spring. 
• The diameter of roller in opening machine is φ400mm,flange equipped with card needle plate.
• High speed centrifugal fan for conveying fibre is a separate fan. The motors of feed-in and opening roller are chained, while the feed-in has a circle switch. The motor of fan is 2.2kw*4,the conveying tube with diameter ofφ200mm plated zinc-iron sheet.
• Controlling method: the controlling box is fixed on the side wall of feed-in apron. The feed-in apron and rollers are controlled by the photoelectric which is on the feeding machine, it also has a circle switch.

Feeding Machine

• It is suitable to blend the opened fibre in full, and deliver them to next procedure evenly.
•  The amount of fibre storing is controlled by photoelectric, while the quantity of fibre feeding is controlled by vibrating plate which is adjustable.
• The amount of fibre outlet is controlled by photoelectric, the fibre in cotton box transported by spiked apron whose specification is1370*3800mm.
• There is a protection plate at the end of cross section of the beater, which could prevent the fibre entwined.
• The beater with diameter of φ310mm,whose surface is fixed by three screw.

Single Cylinder , Double Doffer Carding Machine(φ850)

• It is suitable to card compounded chemical fibre such as PET,PP into web.
• Cylinder, doffer, working roller, stripping roller all have been qualified determined and précised processed.
• Output of doffer is controlled by frequency inverter motor.
• The card clothing is the famous brand sets of Shanghai. Styles and specifications are subject to the finished products.
• Fiber is stripped by stripped bar.
• Material feeding: Anti-metal protection device is used at the material entrance of the machine. Four rollers are muffled metal card clothing up, which are divided into upper and down two groups. The bearing base of upper roller of the first group and gear wheel of drive are nylon, which could test the metal and has auto-stop warning, gear reversing function.
•   The main bearing is famous brand and not directly affixed to the shaft but fix on the shaft through the shaft housing to reduce damage ratio and for easy maintenance. The main motor of cylinder is timing by electromagnetism.
• The fibre feeding by roller is controlled from frequency conversion 0.75kw*4 normal motor and 87:1cycloid pin gear

• Power: This machine is used to laying the carded fibre into certain width and thickness for next procedure.
• The frame of machine modified foreign structure completely and the main frame is bend plate structure, which enjoys enough strength and stability. The rail is resistant to oil leaking. The thickness of straight side is δ8mm and that of cross side isδ6mm
• Web laying has separate frequency conversion controlling that could ensure the smoothness and evenness of fibre web
• Reciprocal controlling by signal colour-infrared rays switcher or PFK controlled by OMLOM electric switch.
•  All the motors are controlled by frequency conversion
• The bottom apron of cross lapper could adjust to the height of 500mm.
• The bottom apron and input apron are made of wood. The input apron is made of anti-static PVC apron.
